Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 June 2026

Welcome to Twoward. These Terms govern your use of the Twoward app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Twoward.

Who can use Twoward

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Your account

Sage is support, not professional advice

Sage is an AI companion, not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or crisis service. It can offer reflections and ideas, but it does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately. Twoward is not designed for emergencies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy). You’re responsible for the content you submit.

Beta & changes

Twoward is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is under active development. Features may change, pause, or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated in the app, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Sage’s output will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twoward and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You can stop using Twoward and delete your account at any time from Settings → Manage account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless your local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
